Currently Nova is only available for US, EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand & Canada. We’ll be looking to expand this moving forwards!
Although a subscription is advised to get the most out of your experience, Nova features a core set of light sequences which, alongside the select free introductory app sessions, will always be free to access without a Lumenate app premium subscription. Beyond this, our ongoing subscription for premium content allows us to continue to expand our world-class library while keeping device prices as accessible as possible.
Nova is not suitable for everyone, especially those with photosensitive conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy. To check if Nova is suitable for you, please check the safety warnings that are presented when you tap "Add to Basket".
Nova has been through an extensive certification process covering all geographies that we sell in.

Can’t fault delivery or the quality of the kit. It arrived quickly and worked straight out of the box.
I’m only a week in and not had any issues or major enlightenment.
Will keep going though and not pass judgement yet.
This absolutely requires a $79/year subscription. Buyer beware. Be more transparent Lumenate! You can do better than this!
Got my Nova just yesterday. I tried my favorite Journey (deep Exploration) and what a difference it makes!
The colours are everywhere, immediately and way more intense. Shapes build up and crumble down again in fractions of seconds. I absolutely love the experience.
The Nova is light, comfortable and easy to adjust.
I could use a small beep or some sort of vibration when the Nova connects but there is a blue light. You just have to turn it on before you start the Session and put it over your eyes.
I am looking forward to use it excessively. 🙂

I exercised my legal right to cancel my order within the statutory withdrawal period.
Several weeks have now passed, and I still have not received a concrete return address, a return label, or clear return instructions. Instead, I have repeatedly been referred to a general terms page.
Because of this, I have been unable to return the device — and no refund has been issued.
I am ready to return the product immediately. However, without a proper return address and instructions from the company, this is impossible.
I expect Lumenate to provide the necessary return details without further delay and to process my refund accordingly. I simply want my money back.
